The College Campus and facilities are kept in optimal condition in the following ways:
Maintenance and Safety Committee
A Maintenance and Safety Committee has been constituted to ensure that any complaints about Infrastructure are processed and resolved immediately. The Committee also receives suggestions for improvement in the Campus facilities available, and implements them when feasible. The following table lists the members of the Committee:

Requirements for minor repairs are reported to the Maintenance Committee in writing and are attended to by carpenters, plumbers or electricians on a case-to-case basis.
Structural audits by reputable and recognised structural consultants are carried out before undertaking major repairs or structural changes the work. The College buildings are painted regularly.
ICT Equipment Maintenance
A register for complaints regarding ICT equipment is kept in the College Office. The ICT Committee forwards the complaints to the company that has been awarded the AMC for computer hardware and peripherals, as well as software. The company’s staff attends to the complaints forwarded by the ICT Committee on a case-to-case basis.
Licenced softwares have been loaded on the College computers, and these licences are renewed upon expiry. The internet connectivity is provided by Airtel (leased line of 20 MBPS), and an alternative broadband internet connection of 20 MBPS provided by a local service provider. This ensures uninterrupted wired and wireless connectivity through hotspots installed throughout the Campus.
Library
The Library regularly renews subscriptions to journals and periodicals. A regular weeding out of old and worn-out copies of text and reference books (rare or out-of-print books) and periodicals is carried out.
Gymkhana
The College Gymkhana houses facilities for indoor games and sports such as carrom and table tennis. The maintenance of this equipment is the responsibility of the Gymkhana Staff. Any replacement of the equipment is done upon requisitions from the Gymkhana Committee.
Discarding Hardware
The College is a responsible user and discards its ICT hardware carefully. A tie-up for this purpose has been made with EcoReco, and the agency collects any hardware that needs to be scrapped.
Housekeeping
A housekeeping agency has been appointed to maintain cleanliness in the Campus; cleanliness of the classrooms and laboratories is the responsibility of the College peons. The Campus potted plants and trees have been placed under the care of a gardener.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
AMCs have been awarded for the maintenance and upkeep of such equipment as air conditioners, water purifiers, elevator, laboratory instruments, and fire extinguishers.
Utilisation
The College infrastructure is utilised optimally.
Classrooms are in use from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In addition to conducting regular lectures, the ICT-facilities facilitate the organisation of guest lectures, and orientation sessions for Students and Parents in the Classrooms. The College Auditorium, Conference Rooms, Gymkhana and open spaces are used for conducting various academic and extra-curricular events.
The College regularly conducts quality audits such as Green, ICT and Electrical Audits to reduce its carbon footprint.
