Faculty Development and Career Advancement:

 To enhance the quality of Teaching, IQAC has taken the following initiatives:

· Formation of HRD Committee: The Human Resource Development (HRD) Cell for conducting FDPs was formed in March 2015 at the suggestion of the Management representative on IQAC, Shri. Pradeep Paivaidya. Other Departments also have been motivated to organise FDPs.

· Promotion of Teachers under Credit-based Assessment System: A Committee to facilitate the promotions of the aided section Degree College Teachers under the Credit Based Assessment according to Performance Based Assessment System has been constituted.
