Role: Employment Cell brings job opportunities to the notice of the students.Circulars and notices for placement of vacancies sent by various industries and companies are displayed on the notice board. Information regarding career counselling and new avenues in the field of education are also displayed on the notice board.
Placement Portal
The College has a Placement Cell which looks after the placement of the students. The Placement Cell will be arranging for campus placement whenever any organization approaches the Institute. Depending upon the requirements of the Company the corresponding details of the students will be provided.

One of the features recently added is the link to the India Career Portal.
India Career Portal is a website product for colleges that helps improve placement performance by automating the placement process and taking it online. It also serves as a knowledge center for students and a communication platform between the college, students and employers.
The Colleges will now be able to
Manage their entire placement process online under the complete control of the placement office.
Improve opportunities for students of the college by providing a regularly updated knowledge center on career guidance, resume preparation guidance and interview preparation guidance along with other important tools to practice and improve skills.
Allow employers to approach the college for their recruitment needs online.

Campus interviews were organized by the following IT companies
Patni Computers Ltd. – 10 students were selected
i-Gate solutions Ltd. – 3 students were selected
Wipro BPO – 10 students were selected
Wipro Technologies - 6 students were selected
B. Sc. Computer Science
Campus interviews were organized by the following IT companies
Patni Computer Systems had come for placements of B.Sc. (I.T. & C.S.) and 1 student from B.Sc. Computer Science was selected for the final Interview, result of which is awaited.
A campus drive for Wipro was organized in our college premises on 2nd December 2008 for the B.Sc. Comp.Sc, B.Sc.I.T., B.M.S,B.B.I,B.A.F.
Students were also sent for placements to Wipro Technologies and I-gate solutions.
BMS
HDFC LTD has placed four students of TYBMS.
Campus interviews were organized by the following IT companies
Wipro company has placed eight students of T.Y.B.M.S.
HUL Has selected eight students of BMS for BTL (below the line) activities.
Johnson & Johnson has selected two students of BMS for BTL (below the line) activities.
Computer Science
Wipro company has placed two students of T.Y.Computer Science.
BAF
HDFC Ltd. has placed sixteen students of TYBBI and two students of TYBAF.
J.P. Morgan selected 4 students from TYBAF. Sutherland Global Services (4 students selected) Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Ltd. selected majority of the students of S.Y. B. Com and T.Y. B. Com as apprentices. The company would be providing on-the-job training and would also pay stipend to the selected students. Small Oral Interviews were conducted to test the students knowledge and on that basis overall judgement was made and further the selection procedure was done.
BBI
Sutherland Global Services selected 6 students and J.P. Morgan Chase selected 1 student from the Third year batch. In total 7 students were given placement during the current semester.
