SOP for Students’ Welfare Cell

The College Students’ Welfare Cell aims to resolve the grievances of Students related to Campus infrastructure and academic issues. The following SOP is followed:

• A written complaint needs to be registered with the Cell by the Complainant, giving all the details of the grievance. The complaint may be handed over to any of the members of the Cell in person, or may be deposited in the boxes situated at various locations in the Campus. The boxes are periodically opened and the complaints are reviewed in the subsequent meeting of the Cell.

• An attempt is made to resolve the issue in a manner suitable to all concerned.

• If the issue cannot be resolved at the level of the Cell, it is referred to the Principal for further action.
