Program Outcome

M.Sc.IT an integrated two years Post-graduate program, which consists of overall four semesters. The program aims to empower knowledge to students at an advanced level, with respect to requirements as per research interest, industry as well as commercial level. The main objective of this program is to instill the ability to apply the knowledge of Information Technology with recent trends aligned with research and industry.  

Course Outcomes:

The syllabus is framed with the objective of encouraging students in the field of research through the medium of technology, along with the development of their cognitive skills for evaluating, analyzing and understanding the concepts. The first year will help develop the ability of students to apply IT in the field of Computational Research, Soft Computing, Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Networking and Cloud Computing. The second year focuses on the ability to provide socially acceptable technical solutions in the domains of Information Security, Machine Learning, Internet of Things and Embedded System, Infrastructure Services as specializations as well as the ability to apply the knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics and various standards in interest of National Security and Integrity along with IT Industry. The courses will also help students write effective project reports, research publications and content development and to work in multidisciplinary environment in the context of changing technologies.
