In the Course of Bachelors and Masters it is ensured that Learners will acquire knowledge on various methods of public speaking which is the basis of successful mass media career.

The program will help them to develop effective translation and communication skills with the practical methods used while teaching.

The program will enable the learners to make effective oral presentations and will enable them to apply basic and advanced human communication theories and models to academic and professional situations.

Programs specific outcomes

Program will develop knowledge, skills and judgement around human communication that will facilitate their ability to work collectively with others. The skills will include communication competencies such as managing conflict, understanding small group processes, active listening, appropriate self–disclosure, etc.

Program offers all round development of the learner by touching upon areas like effective communication strategies, industry exposure, public relations etc. thereby grooming them to become complete media professionals.

 Learners will understand mass media as a system of inter related forces including technological advances, current affairs, commercial aspects, regulatory constraints and ethical concerns.
