Physical Infrastructure

The College has an adequate infrastructure which is used optimally to ensure the overall development of Students. There are 66 classrooms and 46 laboratories to conduct multiple programmes offered. An air-conditioned multi-utility auditorium and a central quadrangle for conducting special events. Conference rooms are available for conducting special lectures and meetings. Additional space is procured in the vicinity to house new programmes. Under the RUSA 2.0 Scheme, an E-Cell and Skill Hub Centre is created to provide space for meetings and discussions for students and their mentors.

Library

The College Library, named after Shri. Vaman Mangesh Telang is located on the Third floor of main building. There are three well ventilated reading rooms for students. The periodicals are arranged on open racks to provide easy access. New books and periodicals are added on a regular basis and are displayed in the book-cases near the entrance.

The Library has computers for Students to access the OPAC software for book search. Inter-library borrowing facilities are available. The College is a member of N-LIST INFLIBNET and login IDs are provided to Teachers.

At the beginning of each year the Library conducts an Orientation Programme for First Year students, detailing the use of the Library. A Book Bank Scheme is available for financially underprivileged students. The Library also conducts several activities to commemorate important days during the year.

In 2023-24, under the RUSA 2.0 Scheme, 'iSlim' Library Management Software system was procured.

HoD and Coordinators’ Cabins

Separate cabins are allotted to the coordinators and HoDs of all the science departments and a combined cabin for the HoDs of arts and commerce departments. Computer with internet connection, WiFi connectivity and printer is installed for the use of Staff.
