MSc in Quantitative Quality Chemistry

The PG programme MSc in Quantitative Quality Chemistry was started in the year 2020. The intake capacity of students is 60. The Programme seeks to enhance students employability in multiple sectors such as pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Students will be provided with excellent practical and industrial training. Students' soft skills such as professional skills, positive attitude and teamwork will also be enhanced. They will have combined intensive theoretical study and practical training using sophisticated equipment, and also research. Resource persons will be drawn from eminent industry professionals from the Pharmaceutical industry to impart valuable training and guidance.

The Programme will thus establish a strong and vital link between academia and industry. The unique selling point of this course is that we provide 3 Months Internship to the students on various Pharmaceutical and Chemical industry in M.Sc. part II. Students gets hands on experience with respect to all departments. Students will have knowledge with respect to Advanced Analytical Instrumentation like HPLC, GC, NMR,X Ray Diffraction and 21 CFR. They will have knowledge in Analytical method Development. Analytical method validation and Extractable and Leachable studies. The student will have in depth knowledge with respect to Quality Control. Quality Assurance. Regulatory Affairs and Analytical development.
