Department of Information Technology
General Information
The Department of Information Technology was established in the year 2001. An intake capacity for Undergraduate Course is 180 and Post Graduation Course is 60. The Department has skilled, committed faculties and well equipped laboratories. In addition to the academics, guest lectures are conducted by industry experts based on current trends in technology. The department has Next-Gen Laboratory to facilitate an internship to the students in collaboration with an industry. The department is also engaged with various activities such as peer to peer learning programme, senior citizen literacy programme, student - faculty exchange programme, industry academic collaborations and field visits. The Department has successfully found placements for meritorious students in the industry.
