Established in 1964, our Mathematics department has a noteworthy history shaped by dedicated individuals. The Department produced several meritorious B.Sc. Mathematics students. Over the years, the department organized various activities, including quiz competitions and guest lectures, to cultivate students' interest in Mathematics. In 2013, a significant milestone was the State-level seminar on 'Impact of Indian Mathematicians on the World of Mathematics,' attracting renowned faculty members. As a result, there was a notable increase in the number of students enrolling in B.Sc. Mathematics.
